Shoppers are rushing to Walmart to pick up auto accessories that could save you thousands after prices dropped by nearly $100.

Motorists can save $90 on a dash cam at Walmart – which shoppers say is ‘great bang for your buck’.

Nexpow Dash Cam Front and Rear is a Walmart ‘best seller’ and ‘popular choice’ that usually costs $130.

It is currently available for just $40 on the Walmart website.

This dash cam can help prove that an accident was not the fault of the driver or determine who damaged the vehicle, potentially saving the owner thousands of dollars.

Some insurance companies offer discounts to policyholders who install dash cams, as they can reduce the risk of fraudulent claims and streamline the claims process.

All Walmart customers can take advantage of the sale – but it will be valid until the end of January 2025.

One of the great features of the 1080P Full HD Nexpow dash cam is its ability to record two channels.

The front camera captures full HD images, while the back records at 720P, which is considered high definition.

Images and recordings will help drivers see their surroundings more clearly.

Many customers have raved about the camera over the past few months, with one customer saying they bought the product for just $38.

‘For the small amount (actually only $38) that I spent on this product, I am very satisfied,’ a customer wrote in March 2024.

I haven’t put the rear camera on yet because I think I might have to put it on the outside of my 2016 Chevy Equinox.. but for the most part, I’m happy with my purchase.

One customer wrote: ‘My daughter has been asking for a dashcam and I found this dashcam stolen on sale! I am very happy with this purchase! you will be happy.’

Unfortunately, Walmart customers who bought the camera this month were not happy with the product, with more than one person calling it ‘cheap.’

‘This is awful, every time you turn it on, it asks you to format your memory card,’ wrote a Walmart customer last month.

‘But it only let me format it once, then it destroyed the memory of the two cards I bought, it didn’t record a single second. STAY AWAY FROM this dash cam.’

Before the Walmart slash, the dash cam was available for purchase on the NEXPOW website.

The dash cam was listed for $110 on the website before NEXPOW dropped the price to $90.

Even if customers wanted to buy the camera from the NEXPOW website, they would not be able to, as the product is already sold out.

Walmart shoppers shopping for a dash cam should also keep in mind that a security plan is not included in the $40 price tag.

A 2-year coverage plan will cost $4 more, while a 3-year coverage plan will be $6 more.

All of these prices, including the first $40 for the camera, do not include tax.
